What we do with your information

In short: we use what you tell us to call you back about your plumbing problem, and nothing else. Last updated September 2026.

If you call or text us

We’ll have your phone number, and whatever you tell us about the job. We use it to arrange and carry out the work, and to contact you about it.

If you use the “Request a time” form

The form sends us your name, phone number, your description of the problem, and a photo if you choose to attach one, along with any preferred day or time you pick.

Those details are delivered to our email inbox ([email protected]) by a form service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes the message on. It is used only to call you back about your request.

We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to any mailing list. There is no account to create and no password involved. If you’d rather not use the form at all, just call or text 587-333-8530 instead.

Advertising

This website uses Google’s advertising tag. It tells us when someone taps the call button or sends a request after arriving from one of our ads, so we know whether the advertising is working. It sets a cookie in your browser. It does not tell us who you are, and it is not connected to anything you tell us on the phone. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the call button will still work.

What this website does not do

• No Google Analytics.
• No remarketing and no ad personalisation — the tag counts calls and requests, and is not used to follow you around with our ads.
• No advertising pixels or trackers from anyone other than Google.
• The fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
• We don’t build a profile of you or sell anything about you.

Three things reach another company: the advertising tag above is loaded from Google on every page and tells Google’s advertising servers that the page was opened, submitting the form sends it through FormSubmit as described above, and tapping the Google reviews link takes you to Google. Nothing else about your visit leaves this site.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you’d like us to delete what we hold about you, call or text and ask.
