Who does the work
Licensed plumbing partners carry out the plumbing. Copperline is the business you call, the business that books the visit, and the business that invoices you. It’s worth knowing before you pick up the phone rather than after.
Some larger or specialist work is better handled by a company that does it every day. When that’s the case we say so on the call, connect you with them, and explain that they book and invoice you directly. You’ll know which arrangement applies before anything is booked.
What we don’t do
We don’t put a price on a job without seeing it, and we don’t promise a time we can’t keep. Where the plumbers doing the work are licensed, that’s their licence, and we say so plainly rather than borrowing it.
